Notice of Public Hearing on Ordinance Changes
City of Buffalo City Common Council
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the City of Buffalo City on Monday, October 12, 2026 beginning at 6:45 p.m. at the Buffalo City Municipal Building, 245 E. 10th St., to consider proposed amendments to the City of Buffalo City Ordinances Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed amendments to the ordinance. The public may review the proposed amendments on the city website: www.buffalocitywi.gov; or by contacting the Clerk at 608-248-2262 or [email protected]. The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had an opportunity to offer comment. Upon the close of the Public Hearing, the Buffalo City Common Council will consider the changes during their regular scheduled meeting.

Sealed bids will be accepted individually for each of 4 Phases. All bids must be bid to specs provided and agreed to complete each phase as outlined in the specs.

Phase 3 – Installation of nets, perimeter and interior Fencing
Phase 4 – Court Layout

Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at the Buffalo City Recreation Committee meeting at 4:30pm with a recommendation brought to the Common Council on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The City of Buffalo City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof.
