Seeking Bids for: Pickleball facility
to be constructed at the City of Buffalo City Park (26 N. Humboldt Street)
Sealed bids will be accepted individually for each of 4 Phases. All bids must be bid to specs provided and agreed to complete each phase as outlined in the specs.
Phase 1 – Site Excavation and Preparation
Phase 2 – Concrete Playing Surface Installation
Phase 3 – Installation of nets, perimeter and interior Fencing
Phase 4 – Court Layout

Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at the Buffalo City Recreation Committee meeting at 4:30pm with a recommendation brought to the Common Council on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The City of Buffalo City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof.
